Build client relations through managing private client group accounts and manage a team of private lenders.
Evaluate collateral options in terms of both value and risk, and provide cash liquidity where applicable
Responsible for meeting revenue targets and achieving optimal return to lendable assets for clients while managing within appropriate risk limits.
Responsible for the distribution and pricing of all new and existing loans.
Evaluate lending opportunities on a daily basis by assessing supply/demand dynamic for all lendable assets.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in a relevant role, preferably Securities Finance.
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; with the ability to interact with multiple levels of the organization.
High level of competency in Excel, experience with QlikView and/or Python helpful.
Oversee a team of Loan Processors by monitoring overall compliance with regulations, monitoring efficiency, and developing plans for productivity improvements for processing operations as changes are needed. Monitor results of internal audits and suspensions for areas needing improvement and additional training. Manage the implementation of LOS system in relation to processing workflow. Implement procedural changes to ensure the system is being utilized with maximum efficiency.
This position will work closely with the other Processing Manager, as well as with all other Operations (Quality Assurance, Closing, Underwriting) and Sales Managers in the department to review overall branch performance.
Thorough knowledge of all mortgage banking products, services, processes and activities.
Effective management/supervisory skills & ability to utilize reports to effectively manage loan pipeline.
Computer literate—experience using word processing, spreadsheet, data management, and desktop publishing software.
Ability to continuously innovate; improve our processes and systems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Previous management experience in a lending required (3-4 years).
Excellent time management and organizational skills – must be detail-oriented and thorough.
5-7 years processing or underwriting experience in residential lending is required.
